Designed for an empty-nest couple relocating from a pre-war apartment on Manhattan's Upper East Side, this 4000 square foot loft in the New Museum Building is a combination of large open space and a near-traditional private residence. A uniquely warm environment was created from the white box, proving that an inviting home can be created out of previously industrial-scaled space.
