NOLITA RESTAURANT
This small French bistro on Mott Street was one of the pioneer restaurants in NoLita (other wise known as East SoHo). A small budget was carefully deployed to create the look of old Paris from that of a flypaper-strewn bodega. In addition to the mahogany and glass storefront, the long banquette, antique elevator lights, and bistro mirrors, this restaurant featured one of the most pleasant and romantic gardens in New York City.
